Weingartner Advisory was founded in July 2026 by Markus Weingartner, an electrical engineer with 24 years in communications, the last eight of them as EMEA Communications Director at Intel. It works with agencies and with companies that need someone senior on their side.

In Berlin, the German government and Intel signed a revised letter of intent. Markus Weingartner wrote the announcement with the federal press office and set up the CEO's Tagesschau interview in front of the chancellery.
The project in Magdeburg, planned at more than €30 billion, was set to be the largest foreign investment in Germany's history. Markus Weingartner led its EMEA communications through every phase.
